Improving Language Accessibility

"Comprehension due to language barriers imposes one of the greatest obstacles in regards to education and training in the developing healthcare systems."

It is a primary focus of HCVI to make the content of all of our education and training platforms accessible in as many languages as possible. As an organization, HCVI has built its entire ecosystem around Google and Google Workspace. There are numerous reasons for this decision, one of which is the phenomenal language translating capabilities that exist not only through the Chrome Browser but which are native to so many of the Workspace products, including Google Sites and Google Docs. Depending on the chosen language, there can be a significant amount of variability in the quality of translation; however, for major languages (such as English, Spanish, French, etc.) we have found the reliability of translation to be excellent. We anticipate Google Language and Translation Services will continue to evolve rapidly, dramatically enhancing our ability to communicate effectively with each other.

HCVI believes overcoming language barriers is so important that we have created this Google Site specifically for language translation solutions!

We will update this page as Google releases new capabilities across its numerous platforms.
